Recover Out Loud

This week our guest joins us from Ontario. Troy Colmer shares his powerful story involving his relationship to alcohol over the years while still functioning in society. Troy also speaks about his passion, Sober Athletic Wear. We canu2019t say enough good things about this brand, but more importantly, the concept behind it.

Sober Athletic Wear is a social enterprise that gives back to their local community. A portion of their revenue goes towards financial support to mental health and addictions that result from life's trauma. Like OCJ, Troy believes there should be no shame, or negative stigma when seeking help for your mental health, and/or addiction issues.
