Our Resilience Coaching Program provides evidence-based support through customized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant. We utilize the Alberta Family Wellness Initiative's Brain Story and Resilience Scale Framework, developed by neuroscientists and industry experts, to ensure our approach is grounded in the latest scientific research. We create safe environments that offer a secure and empathetic space for personal growth. With a trauma-informed approach, our coaches understand and address the impact of trauma, ensuring compassionate and effective support for building resilience.

At Our Collective Journey (OCJ), we believe that resilience is key to achieving mental well-being. Through our Resilience Coaching Program, we offer personalized, evidence-based support that helps individuals, particularly youth, develop the skills needed to overcome challenges and thrive.
Together, we are empowering the next generation to face life's challenges with confidence and resilience.
Our Collective Journey works with youth ages 14 - 21 in schools, on teams, and in communities. Our programs are designed to build confidence and self-awareness, strengthen team culture, and build resilience and kindness through our workshops.
Here is How We Do It:
1:1 Coaching Sessions and Small Group Coaching: Personalized sessions designed for growth, confidence, and connection. Feedback from teachers in the Pathways Program includes how the use of the resilency scale helped students open up about their experiences.
Lunch and Learns: Engaging, brain-based sessions-- from deep dives to quick sparks of insight.
Workshops Tailored Programs: Custom experiences for teams, clubs, or youth groups that build a shared culture of resilience and kindness. Our signature Kindness Project helps youth turn compassion into action-- creating group-led projects that strengthen skills, connection, and community well-being.
Tools and Resources: Practical guides, reflections, and takeaways to keep building resilience beyond the session.
